These candles are hand made using the finest waxes and oils available.  Each candle is rolled in crushed herbs and spices.

Burn time is approx. 150 hours. Remaining wax can be melted in a tart burner or used in a linen closet.

These lights are available year round...The brown cords become almost invisible on a grapevine wreath or mixed in a jar filled with potpourri.  And they're perfect on a country twig wreath or tree, at Christmas.  If a bulb burns out, the rest stay lit.

The Warmth of Home has over 325 color photographs of twelve homes using the new "house tour" format! A Simpler Time consists of 145 pages of almost 300 color photographs. Chapters include Log Homes, Bedrooms, Kitchens, Comfortable Settings, Dining Rooms, Folk Art and Stencils and Murals. Simple Greens - Simply Country is the second holiday book in the series and it is full of over 375 color photographs of decorated homes for the holidays - many with just the use of simple greens and fruit. You will visit a West Virginia home where each room is full of antiques to delight the country collector including an Adirondack room. Included also are three Pennsylvania homes; four Massachusetts homes, a New England style home in Washington state and two "how to" chapters - How to Make a Country Pet Bed and How to Make Decorative Large Gingerbread Boys and pantry Cakes which will last for years.

Of Hearth and Home - Simply Country contains over 230 color photographs of homes from Nova Scotia to Arkansas. Chapters include over twenty pages of pictures of mantels; Vignettes; Old Red Paint, Old Blue Paint, Old Mustard paint, Old Green Paint, Old White Paint; Just Some Great Ideas, Cutting Corners, Signs and Simply Primitives. This book also includes a chapter on How to Make a Mantel in Minutes and a chapter called Let the Light Shine In which is about how to make simple wooden interior window shutters.
